I’ve been making refrigerator food magnets since 2008. Just never got around to posting all of them. So, here they are.

I sold 16 food-themed notebooks. Notebooks that did best were the beer 6-packs, Pop Tarts, ice cream/popsicles, Orville Redenbacher’s Popcorn. I sold one lasagna noodles box. Surprisingly no one bought the cracker notebooks, which are my favorite.

Notebook: Pillsbury Cake Mix

Notebook: Whole Wheat Crackers

I take food cardboard boxes and re-purpose them into notebooks. Both the front and back of the box are utilized. Paper is cut to scale. Binding is spiral wires. I sometimes find the boxes by dumpster diving or recycle bins. There seems to be a trend among people who recycle, most of the food packages are healthy (low-fat, whole-grain, organic, flax, etc…). It was hard finding junk food like Pop Tarts.
